Every address is monitored. We aim to reply within a few working days; data-subject requests have a hard statutory deadline (see below).
Data-protection & GDPR requests
If you want to exercise a right under the EU General Data Protection Regulation — access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, or objection — email [email protected]. We answer every data-subject request within 30 days, as GDPR Article 12 requires. What we hold and why is set out in full in our Privacy Policy.
Factual corrections
Found something inaccurate or out of date? We want to know. Email [email protected] with the subject line "Correction: [page URL]" and tell us what's wrong and, ideally, the source for the right figure. Our full process — including how we log and timestamp every fix — lives on the Corrections page.
What this is not
We're an independent editorial comparison site, so a couple of things fall outside what we can help with:
- Not financial advice. Nothing we publish or send by email is personalised financial, legal, or tax advice — see our Terms of Service.
- Not vendor or bank customer support. We can't access your account, reset a card, or chase a transfer at Revolut, N26, Wise, or any bank we cover. For account issues, contact the bank directly through its own app or support channel.
